Based on the collective years of experience across our board and members, we have created a set of around 30 Policies & Procedures that your LERO can access. Each document gives you the information you need to develop your own suite of policies and procedures, as your LERO grows, in order to build the organisational infrastructure your staff and volunteers need. For the time being, this page is password protected. PEER WORKER COMPETENCIESÂ & SUPERVISION
Core competencies have the potential to guide service delivery and promote best practices in peer support. They can be used to inform peer training programs, help develop certification standards, and inform job descriptions. Supervisors will be able to use these competencies to appraise peer workers’ job performance and peers will be able to assess their own work performance and set goals for continued development.
